Full Job Description Description Summary:
Designs website, digital, and print communications for Northwell Career Services to attract and hire talent. Coordinates with talent marketing team to manage production schedules.
Responsibilities:
Creates/conceptualizes appearance of website, digital, and printed communications.� Assists in maintaining cohesive brand look and brand architecture for careers.� Using brand guidelines, develops and creates websites design assets and associated applications; creates the look, layout, and features of the website; creates/conceptualizes appearance of digital campaigns and printed marketing materials.� Engages with talent marketing team, agency, project manager, leaders, etc., as individual projects evolve.� Translates requirements to an appropriate draft deliverable; produces comprehensive layouts simulating the proposed website, digital, and/or printed collateral.� Prepares website, digital, or print deliverable for production and execution.� Utilizes appropriate photography, typography, graphic art, logos and custom illustrations to meet brand standards.� Maintains all relevant information to coordinate website and campaign design implementation.� Formalizes print production specifications for print estimates.� Operates under general guidance and work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on course of action.� Performs related duties as required. Education Skills Experience:
Qualifications Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience. 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.

This position is anticipated to begin in January 2027.
