The Role We're looking for a versatile Graphic & Video Designer who can do it all: design beautiful web pages, scroll-stopping ads, and polished print pieces — and pick up a camera to shoot and edit video for social media and paid campaigns. If you love design, love animals, and get genuine joy out of adorable subject matter (yes, you'll be filming rabbits and guinea pigs), this is a rare one. What You'll Do Web Design Design and update landing pages, product pages (Shopify) Create on-brand web graphics, banners, and email/SMS visuals Keep our sites looking sharp, cohesive, and conversion-friendly Ad Design Design static and animated ads for Meta, Google, and other paid channels Rapidly produce and iterate on creative variations for testing Keep visuals consistent across both brands while giving each its own personality Print Design Design box inserts, packaging, product cards, and promotional print pieces Prep production-ready files and coordinate with printers Video (Capture

+ Edit) Shoot short-form video and photography of products and (very cute) animals Edit engaging social videos, reels, and ad creative Add motion graphics, captions, and sound to bring content to life What We're Looking For 3+ years professional experience Strong portfolio showing graphic design + video work across multiple formats Impeccable attention to detail — you catch the typos, the misaligned pixel, the wrong hex code, the file that's a hair off spec. You're technical, precise, and take pride in error-free work Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects (and/or comparable tools like Canva/Figma) Comfort shooting and editing video (CapCut a plus) Solid grasp of layout, typography, color, and brand consistency Working knowledge of designing for web (Shopify experience a big plus; comfort with

Pay:
