Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and produce marketing materials, advertisements, brochures, presentations, social media graphics, email campaigns, signage, and other promotional pieces that support business objectives.

Bring the bank's brand to life through compelling visual storytelling across digital, print, and multimedia platforms.

Ensure all creative assets align with established brand standards, messaging guidelines, and marketing strategies.

Collaborate with the Creative Director, Marketing team, and business partners to develop creative concepts, themes, and campaign materials.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting established deadlines and budget expectations.

Create and modify graphics for advertising, internal communications, customer communications, community engagement initiatives, and special events.

Assist in maintaining and organizing the bank's library of creative assets, templates, publications, and marketing collateral.

Prepare production-ready files and coordinate with internal and external vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Stay current on graphic design trends, design software advancements, and industry best practices.

Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent

2 year associates degree in Marketing, Associate degree in graphic design, visual communications, or commensurate experience

6+ Years Professional graphic design experience

Experience developing creative assets for print and digital marketing campaigns

Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements:

This position must be able to remain in a stationary position a minimum of 75% of the time, constantly operate a computer, and be able to be in constant verbal and written communication with stakeholders to discuss and convey information in order to exchange accurate information.

SCHEDULE
