As part of the Communications team, you will produce visual creations to elevate the organization's brand through publications, presentations and shareable online content.

Characteristics:

IJ's Junior Graphic Designer will be creative, flexible, well-organized, enthusiastic, good at multitasking. The Graphic Designer will also excel at visual problem-solving, adapt easily to different styles, possess a strong work ethic and passion for helping people, and be comfortable interacting with others. The ability to work in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment is critical. UI web skills are a plus. Successful candidate will work at IJ's Arlington, Virginia headquarters office.

Projects Would Include:

Logo Design Shareable content Infographics Reports Brochures Posters Websites and email templates Other related print materials Other materials for digital media

Required Skills:

Adobe CC, particularly

InDesign Photoshop Illustrator Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of

HTML CSS

WordPress or similar
