We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our printing company. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, understands print production, and can take projects from concept through final production. You will work closely with customers and our production team to create professional, print-ready artwork for a variety of products and marketing materials. Responsibilities Create and modify designs for business cards, flyers, brochures, banners, signs, posters, apparel, and other printed products Prepare files accurately for print production Review artwork for proper sizing, resolution, bleeds, colors, fonts, and other print specifications Make design revisions based on customer feedback Work to understand customer design needs and provide creative solutions Work closely with the production team to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule Maintain organized digital files and project records Proof designs carefully before sending them to production Handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines Assist with other design and production-related tasks as needed Qualifications Previous graphic design experience required Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign Strong understanding of typography, color, composition, and layout Knowledge of print production and preparing files for commercial printing Excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and customer-service skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Preferred Experience Experience with a printing company, sign shop, promotional products, apparel printing, large-format printing, or other print-production environment is a plus.
