Are you a creative marketer, designer, photographer, or visual storyteller who is ready for an opportunity where your work is seen, valued, and connected to something bigger? LifeScape is looking for a Graphic Designer & Visual Content Specialist to join our Marketing team and help bring our organization's stories, people, services, and impact to life through compelling visual content. This is an opportunity to do more than create graphics. You'll have the chance to shape how LifeScape looks, feels, and tells its story across digital and print marketing, social media, recruitment, fundraising, events, internal communications, photography, video, and organizational storytelling. Working closely with the Director of Marketing, you'll take creative concepts from idea to finished product while helping strengthen and evolve the LifeScape brand.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Create. Design. Tell Stories. You'll develop high-quality visual content for both print and digital platforms, including: Social media graphics and digital content Advertisements and marketing campaigns Flyers, brochures, presentations, and organizational materials Event materials and signage Recruitment and fundraising materials Internal communications Digital graphics and other marketing collateral Photography and video for campaigns, events, recruitment, and storytelling You'll also adapt and prepare existing creative materials for different audiences and platforms while maintaining a consistent and recognizable LifeScape brand.
MORE THAN DESIGN
This role combines graphic design, photography, videography, marketing, collaboration, and storytelling. You'll capture and edit photography and video, assist with larger video productions, collaborate with departments across LifeScape, gather information and creative assets, and identify opportunities to use visual content in new and meaningful ways. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside the Director of Marketing and contribute creative ideas while also developing your ability to take direction, solve visual communication challenges, and turn concepts into polished final products. Requirements Education and Experience High School or GED required, bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field preferred. Relevant internships, portfolio work, freelance experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
