Job Description
- Develop and produce graphic design, typesetting, page layout, web, video, photography, and other creative assets as directed by the Marketing team, maintaining consistency with company branding and visual standards.
- Create digital and print materials, including artwork, illustrations, presentations, proposals, bid documents, and creative content for social media campaigns.
- Manage multiple creative projects in a fast-paced environment, meeting established deadlines while staying current on design trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
- Photograph products and company-related content and provide creative support for trade shows, exhibitions, corporate events, auditorium presentations, bid documents, and other company functions.
- Collaborate with internal departments, stakeholders, external printing vendors, and creative service providers to understand project requirements and ensure high-quality, timely delivery of materials.
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and training to Junior Graphic Designers and other members of the design team, while assisting the Marketing Manager - Government/Corporate with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
- Bachelor degree with a focus in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field, with 5+ years of related professional experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom , working knowledge of Premiere Pro, and Acrobat with demonstrated experience creating professional digital and print materials.
- Experience with graphic design, layout, product photography, basic photo editing, social media content, and multimedia assets.
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles, current design trends, branding, and industry best practices, with a strong eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with managers, employees, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize competing deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and collaborative team player who can work independently, take direction, adapt to changing priorities, and consistently deliver high-quality creative work.
