Preferred Skills:

Experience with digital print production equipment (Konica Minolta, Xerox, Ricoh or Canon) Experience with the following Adobe Creative Suite applications (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat) Experience with the following Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Proficiency in phone, email, and face-to-face interaction with clients. Knowledge of paper brands and types. Knowledge of print-related products. Time management and prioritization skills. Responsibility and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Communicate directly with clients via email, phone, and in-person to facilitate print production and graphic design orders. Communicate directly with our print production and bindery team. Assist in facilitating walk-in clients with production of orders. Assist in pre-press work to prep digital art files into print-ready files. Ensure that customers are satisfied with products or services. Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client's questions. Escalate queries and concerns to the business owner.
