In this role, you will design a wide range of physical signage and branded products, taking projects from concept to completion and seeing your work realized in the real world. We win as a team. About the Role Unlike traditional design positions, this role offers the satisfaction of seeing your designs produced and installed quickly. You will work on a steady flow of diverse projects, applying your creativity and technical skill to bring client visions to life. We work closely together and everyone pitches in when needed.

Entry-Level Full Time Job Description:

Must Work On-Site. Eight hour shifts. This is a 40 hour/week full-time commitment at our headquarters in Lakeway. Seeking a Graphic Designer for our creative department. If you are a talented, hard-working Graphic Artist who meets the criteria outlined below, we would love to meet you!

Key responsibilities:

Export files to printers and cutters. Work closely with the production department in order to produce with efficiency. Understand material limitations and the production process in the shop Check customer provided artwork for print readiness and edit accordingly, typeset files using pre-existing templates, and work within client requests to create original designs Adhere to client's Brand Guidelines when applicable and ensure brand standards are met on all materials produced Create designs based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts, as well as knowledge of print production and workflow Work on multiple projects at once, using a detail-oriented approach to organize workflow efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.

Requirements:

EDUCATION

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience in a related field required
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred

EXPERIENCE

• 1+ years graphic design and/or print production work preferred
• Portfolio required

KNOWLEDGE

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Suite, G-Suite
• MUST be a strong proofreader (grammar, spelling and punctuation) and very detail oriented
• MUST have knowledge of file types
• Ability to take initiative and collaborate. Must take constructive criticism well and follow directions without taking things personally
• Time Management - ability to deliver high-quality work on schedule in a sometimes hectic environment
• Highly organized
• Efficient work methods and attention to detail
• Strong layout skills and an experienced eye for color
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
