About the Role Join our Creative Team and help bring our brands to life through packaging, retail, eCommerce, and marketing design. From packaging on store shelves to product photography, retail displays, eCommerce, and digital marketing, your work will reach customers across North America. You'll help launch new products from concept to retail, turning creative ideas into polished, production-ready designs. Along the way, you'll collaborate with an experienced team, grow your skills, and contribute your own creative ideas as your career develops. What You'll Do Design production-ready packaging, labels, and product artwork Update packaging for new fragrances and product launches Create eCommerce, digital marketing, and social media assets Prepare print-ready files and ensure they meet production specifications Resize and adapt artwork across multiple formats and retailers Retouch product photography and create simple product composites Maintain brand standards while keeping creative files organized and production-ready Collaborate with Product Development, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to keep projects moving on schedule What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent portfolio) 0-3 years of professional design experience Strong portfolio demonstrating clean, polished design work Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Strong typography, layout, organization, and attention to detail.
