Reports to: Director, Producer and ASB Coordinator

Contract Amount:

$280.00

Job Summary

Provides creative and organizational support for the school play, with a primary focus on developing posters, graphics, and other promotional materials to advertise the production.

Essential Job Functions

Create posters, flyers, and digital graphics to promote the school play.

Collaborate with the Producer, Director, and other production staff to develop promotional materials that reflect the vision and theme of the production.

Assist with advertising and promotion through approved school communication channels and social media.

Make revisions to graphics and promotional materials as requested.

Meet established deadlines for promotional materials.

Assist with other production-related tasks as assigned by the Producer and Set Designer.

Minimum Requirements:

Must qualify to work in the proximity of children under the conditions of a WSP/FBI background check. (Cost is responsibility of applicant)

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
