This role will take concepts from ideation through design, prototyping, and production, ensuring every touchpoint is visually compelling, functional, and on-brand. Responsibilities Concept and design custom packaging, PR mailers, gifting experiences, and branded merchandise. Develop innovative product concepts that extend the brand story and drive social engagement. Create artwork, dielines, mockups, prototypes, and production-ready files. Partner with creative, production, vendors, and suppliers to bring concepts from design through execution. Source products, materials, finishes, and packaging components. Stay current on packaging, merchandise, cultural, and social trends. Present concepts and clearly communicate creative direction to internal teams and clients. Incorporate sustainable materials and production practices where possible. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Product Design, or related field. End-to-end experience designing custom packaging and/or branded products from concept through production. Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop. Understanding of packaging structures, materials, printing, and production processes. Experience with 3D visualization or mockup tools is a plus. Portfolio showcasing packaging, merchandise, product, and/or physical brand experience design. Understanding of influencer and social media culture and the role of unboxing in driving engagement. Skills & Attributes Strong conceptual thinking and visual storytelling. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and presentation abilities. Hands-on, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple projects. Ability to work quickly and adapt to tight timelines.
