Job Description
Our client, an innovative leader in autonomous mobility solutions, is seeking a Digital Modeler, Industrial Design to join their team. As a Digital Modeler, Industrial Design, you will be part of the Design Department supporting the Robot Industrial Design team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

- What's the Job?
- + Create high-quality surface models that communicate the design intent throughout the development process, from initial concepts to production-ready surfaces.
+ Evaluate design concepts for feasibility, surface quality, and manufacturability, providing recommendations for optimization.
+ Deliver surface models within established timelines, adhering to project milestones and quality standards.
+ Prepare and present design reviews of surface models to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
+ Support surface quality evaluations and ensure alignment with design and engineering criteria.
- What's Needed?
- + Degree in industrial design, transportation design, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
+ 6+ years of experience in automotive design and engineering, focusing on prototype, advanced design development, and production.
+ Proficiency in Alias software and automotive surface design best practices from concept to Class-A surfaces.
+ Experience with Alias Sub-D and/or Blender is preferred.
+ Strong understanding of product design development processes and component manufacturability.
