$53/hour + Benefits What's the Job? Lead the implementation of an infrastructure project management platform across all sites, ensuring seamless integration and deployment. Partner with Operations Infrastructure, Finance, IT, Data, and other teams to translate business workflows into system and data requirements. Manage requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, training, and rollout activities with third-party software vendors. Own the end-to-end management of the KPI framework to measure infrastructure performance throughout its lifecycle. Define metrics, validate data quality, and develop reporting tools to provide clear visibility into deployment progress, site readiness, and operational performance. What's Needed? 3-5 years of experience in project management, business systems analysis, or software implementation. Experience with infrastructure deployment, utilities, construction, or facilities management. Ability to map the full site lifecycle, including permitting, procurement, construction, and operational handoff. Strong understanding of project tracking methodologies, milestone tracking, and RAG reporting. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
