Sr. Product Designer $63/hour
Location & Onsite Requirements:
Glendale CA (requirements are 3 days/week but must be open to 4 days/week on site for future changes) At our company we see design as the connective layer that unites people, technology, and possibility. We're looking for a Senior Product Designer who thrives at the intersection of strategy and craft, someone who can untangle complexity and create clarity at scale. In this role, you'll collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other designers to shape experiences that power how our organization works every day. This role is about designing with vision-creating cohesive experiences that span systems, scale across teams, and redefine how people interact with technology. What You'll Do Be the voice of the user in cross-functional teams, helping transform real workflows into intuitive product solutions. Translate complexity into elegant end-to-end journeys that scale across teams and platforms. Prototype, test, and iterate rapidly, using user insights to refine and improve designs. Partner with engineers and product leaders to ensure design intent carries through from concept to launch. Contribute to and evolve our design system, creating cohesion and efficiency across platforms. Collaborate with fellow designers across disciplines to create a unified design language. Present work with clarity and vision, influencing stakeholders and shaping product direction Basic Qualifications 3-5 years of experience designing digital products, ideally in complex or enterprise contexts. A portfolio that demonstrates strong interaction and visual design, with evidence of simplifying workflows or systems. Mastery of tools like Figma, including the ability to create high-fidelity interactive prototypes. Strong grasp of design thinking and user-centered methods, with the ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical realities. Comfort moving fluidly between big-picture strategy and pixel-level detail. Experience in agile, fast-paced environments. Excellent communication and storytelling skills-you can inspire teams and make design decisions resonate.
