This is an in-studio opportunity for a detail-driven Production Artist who enjoys building strong systems, managing complex workflows, and turning creative direction into accurate, high-quality files. What You'll Do Develop and maintain production-ready artwork for packaging, labels, and product collections. Create realistic product mockups and packaging renderings using Adobe Photoshop. Build original packaging artwork from creative direction and established brand guidelines. Prepare accurate, print-ready files for domestic and international manufacturing partners. Manage revisions, versioning, color standards, dielines, and production specifications. Organize large volumes of artwork, production assets, and file systems. Collaborate with creative, product development, and marketing teams on launches and seasonal projects. What You Bring Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Experience creating packaging artwork, realistic mockups, and print-ready files. Knowledge of print processes, color management, dielines, and production workflows. Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and accuracy. The ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines. A portfolio featuring production artwork, packaging, mockups, or related creative work. Preferred Background Experience in beauty, fragrance, home, lifestyle, or consumer packaged goods. Familiarity working with packaging vendors and overseas manufacturing partners. Knowledge of packaging materials, specialty finishes, foils, embossing, and print techniques.
