What You'll Do Own the visual and functional evolution of AI voice tools, ensuring they are both powerful and intuitive Partner closely with engineers to solve first-principles design challenges with no predefined playbook Translate complex AI capabilities into seamless, enterprise-ready user experiences Champion design quality internally, setting a high bar for execution across the organization Exceptional Rapid Functional Prototyping in building production-quality, data-driven prototypes to test with real users, bypassing static clickable mockups Implement and manage design-ops automation using tools like Zapier or Make Collaborate with engineering on low-code handoffs, delivering clean structures, CSS classes, and scalable components What You Need to Succeed End-to-end ownership mentality
