Job Purpose A Creative Design Solutions Sr. Designer is responsible for highly creative design sketches, product research, presentations and high-level 3D direction. Provides creative support for multiple projects are aligned with the design requirements, business needs and company strategies. Acts as the "creative engine" in the design process and feeds the project development with exciting 2D/3D concepts and design solutions. May Act as PL. Can execute and operate independently or as part of a diverse design development team to coordinate and perform a full range of Automotive products concept and design creation and adaptation of functions relevant to departmental and organizational needs including, styling sketches 2D/3D and consumer research, original design creation with 3D data and concepts development, CG animation presentations, and early evaluation. Presents and manage, original design creations and the implementation of chosen directions based on project and business requirements. Key Accountabilities Leads the project(s) scope and deliverables for Minor Model change and May lead Full Model Change and can guarantee proposed output based on Creative Lead, Global Design Director direction and Executive evaluations and project milestones. Provide highly skilled styling direction within the project scope to ensure high quality appearance and design maturation of approved strategies and creative themes. Present all project materials in a highly professional manner at all needed events and evaluations so that the audience can clearly understand the proposals. Create project documents and support 2D/3D and CG animation material for evaluations and other team related presentations to the Creative Leads, Global Creative Directors to ensure a high-quality presentation. Provide strong creative solutions and problem-solving skills supported by studio TE to address feasibility challenges and provide feedback to HDMA and project teams to realize the approved design theme. Negotiate and communicate styling schedule and deliverables with all involved parties to ensure completion of project deliverables. Communicate with all PICs, team members and customers (Internal and external) frequently to promote high level of project correlation of current and upcoming tasks. Qualifications, Experience, and Skills Minimum Educational Qualifications Bachelor's degree in industrial / Transportation / Product Design or equivalent work experience Minimum Experience 5+ Years of relevant experience Other Job-Specific Skills Strong leadership, Communication, Presentation, Creative & technical skills. High-level Photoshop, 2D/3D Sketches/Rendering/ PowerPoint, Alias, Illustrator, Blender 3D, CG Animation Programs, AI knowledge required.
