  • who can bring structure, initiative, and technical coordination to complex engineering projects.
In this role, you'll help drive projects from planning through completion—coordinating teams, schedules, resources, meetings, and deliverables to ensure engineering initiatives stay on track. What You'll Do + Coordinate engineering projects and ensure resources are utilized effectively. + Develop and maintain project schedules using

•. + Compile project status reports and communicate progress to leadership and stakeholders. + Coordinate project meetings, track action items, and follow up on deliverables. + Identify, analyze, and help resolve technical and project-related issues. + Define project scope, requirements, milestones, and deliverables. + Coordinate activities across all phases of the project lifecycle. + Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and maintained throughout the project. + Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to meet project goals, timelines, and requirements. + Use sound judgment and initiative to plan, prioritize, and accomplish project objectives. What You Bring
  • Required Qualifications
  • + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. +
  • 4-6+ years of relevant engineering project or related experience.
  • + Demonstrated, hands-on proficiency with

  • . + Strong project coordination, planning, and organizational skills. + Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. + Self-starter with strong initiative and the ability to work independently. + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
