Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Senior Designer, Licensed Partnerships for a top consumer products and lifestyle brand. This candidate will be responsible for developing innovative licensed product concepts that connect with passionate fan communities across entertainment, gaming, sports, and popular culture. The ideal candidate combines strong graphic design and storytelling skills with experience working on licensed consumer products and navigating complex brand guidelines. They will lead projects from concept through commercialization, create compelling visual narratives, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and bring licensed franchises to life through authentic, fan-first product experiences. This role is ideal for a creative designer who thrives at the intersection of branding, storytelling, and consumer product innovation. https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/. Skills and Requirements- 5-8+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing licensed product design, graphic storytelling, and brand interpretation.
- Experience developing licensed consumer products across entertainment, gaming, sports, character brands, apparel, accessories, footwear, toys, collectibles, or related industries.
- Strong graphic design, illustration, typography, visual storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with licensed IP and navigating partner brand guidelines and approval processes.
- Ability to translate franchise worlds, characters, and brand DNA into commercially successful product concepts.
- Strong understanding of fandom culture, consumer trends, entertainment, gaming, sports, and lifestyle categories.
- Experience managing the product creation process from concept through commercialization while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Experience with collectibles, character brands, toys, or novelty consumer products.
- Strong understanding of color, materials, finishes, graphics, and product storytelling.
- Experience creating Jibbitz concepts, packaging ideas, and licensed product narratives.
- Ability to present concepts and strategies to executive leadership and external licensing partners.
- Experience managing multiple licensing partners simultaneously.
- Proven ability to identify cultural trends and translate insights into innovative products.
- Previous experience in fast-paced consumer products or lifestyle brands.
