Onsite Position ## Your Responsibilities As a Engineer, Operator Station Module for JD Dubuque Works located in Dubuque, IA, you will:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve current production design issues.
- Enhance current production designs, focusing on metrics like Failure Per Machine and Initial Product Quality.
- Address customer complaints with innovative solutions.
- Manage Warehouse Hold situations and implement design updates.
- Provide regular progress updates to senior leadership. VISA Sponsorship is NOT available for this position ## What Skills You Need
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in off-road equipment design, specifically in cabs, structures, engines, cooling systems, or hydraulic systems.
- Proven ability to analyze technical data, evaluate multiple alternatives, and make data-driven decisions and recommendations.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling tools, such as Creo.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals from diverse cultures, backgrounds, and interpersonal styles. ## What Makes You Stand Out
- Cross-functional experience in PV&V (Product Verification and Validation), structural evaluation, reliability engineering, supplier quality, and/or manufacturing teams.
- Familiarity with John Deere's Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP).
- Proficiency in using Windchill, Vision, and other internal John Deere tools ## Education Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
