Job Description

Mechanical Engineer/Product and Component Design EngineerWe are seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to support the design, development, testing, and release of innovative mechanical products and systems. This is a hands-on role that works closely with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to bring designs from concept through production.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 6+ years of mechanical or product design experience
  • Proficiency with 3D CAD software
  • Experience creating engineering drawings and applying GD&T
  • Strong understanding of mechanical design, materials, tolerances, and manufacturing processes
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and solve complex technical issues
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • CNC machining or advanced manufacturing experience is a plusResponsibilities
  • Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and systems
  • Create and maintain 3D models, drawings, and engineering documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, performance, and manufacturability
  • Lead and participate in design reviews
  • Develop and support product testing and validation activities
  • Manage engineering changes and product improvements
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and support production as needed
