08/24/2026 Job Description Summary Lincoln Land Community College is looking for qualified part-time instructors to teach Manufacturing , Industrial Maintenance , and Electrical courses at the college's main campus in Springfield and at our Jacksonville and Litchfield locations for class times listed below. Springfield Campus Monday
  • Thursday mornings, 8:00 AM
  • 12:50 PM Monday
  • Thursday evenings, 5:00 PM
  • 9:50 PM Litchfield Campus Monday
  • Friday mornings, 8:00 AM
  • 10:00 AM Monday
  • Thursday evenings, 5:00 PM
  • 9:50 PM Jacksonville Campus Monday
  • Friday afternoons, 1:30 PM
  • 3:30 PM Monday
  • Thursday evenings, 5:00 PM
  • 9:50 PM As an Adjunct Faculty member at LLCC, you will receive one paid absence per class, per semester; free access to the LLCC Fitness Center (during available hours); a travel stipend if commuting more than twenty miles to campus; and a tuition waiver benefit for adjunct faculty and their dependents under the age of 22.

Position Requirements Applicants must have 2,000 hours of employment in a field within manufacturing/industry technology, including production, machine operation, electrical systems, maintenance, or repair. Preferred qualifications include industry certification, credential, degree, or completed apprenticeship. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check.
