This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for someone with strong technical design skills who can move quickly between projects and products. What you'll do: Create tech packs, technical sketches, product designs

+ CADs Support product development across headwear, bags, socks, cold-weather accessories + novelties Conduct trend research and develop design inspiration Partner with design, sales and production teams to bring products to life Work with prints, knits, hardware, materials + construction details Collaborate with global teams and troubleshoot design/production challenges Maintain creative/design resources and showroom materials What you'll need: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field 3+ years of technical design experience Strong Adobe Illustrator skills — key requirement Proficiency with Photoshop

+ InDesign Experience with PLM systems (WFX preferred) Adobe Firefly / AI design experience is a plus Strong organization, communication and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects in a very fast-paced environment
