We are committed to innovation, craftsmanship, and supporting our team members in a collaborative environment. Overview The Packaging department has begun developing a standardized, template-based organizational system to improve efficiency and effectiveness. This temporary position will help advance this initiative by conducting research, collaborating with the Packaging and Design teams, and supporting the project through completion. They will also identify practical ways to make better use of our existing systems and recommend process improvements that will strengthen how the department manages this work moving forward. This position can be part-time, and is also well set up as an internship for local university students. What You'll Do Develop proficiency using our ERP system to enter, track, and analyze inventory transactions. Learn the product development process from concept through production by participating in cross-functional meetings. Improve business communication skills by presenting project updates to department leadership. Gain practical experience analyzing sales and inventory data to support business decisions. Understand quality assurance processes and participate in product testing and documentation. Qualifications Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Basic understanding of packaging design concepts related to product prototyping is a plus. Recenty graduated or currently enrolled in a relevant degree program such as Packaging Design, Textile Design, or other Graphic Design Areas We look forward to hearing from you!
