Position:
Engineering Director This position oversees and manages a diverse engineering team working on electrification products. Team includes hardware, software, mechanical, product, and system design engineering working on products such as high voltage inverters, ECUs, wire harnesses, sensors, diagnostic tools, battery packs, and motors. As Engineering Director, you will lead the engineering team using automotive best practices to develop and execute project plans driven by requirements and validation while enabling a high performance culture for success. Previous management experience for an automotive electronics design team of at least 10 people with production success required. Demonstration of competency or experience in complex ECU design and working knowledge of automotive state of the art hardware and software development is essential. A background in electric vehicle technology or power generation including inverters, high voltage, power conversion, and battery packs at architect level is strongly preferred.- Project Planning
