Description We are seeking Product Designers for ongoing and future opportunities in the Charlotte, NC market. Candidates should have experience designing intuitive, user-centered digital products and translating user and business needs into effective design solutions. Responsibilities + Design user experiences and interfaces for digital products, applications, and platforms. + Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs. + Translate user needs and business requirements into effective product experiences. + Support user research, usability testing, and design improvements. + Develop and maintain design systems and reusable components. + Collaborate with product managers, developers, researchers, and other stakeholders. + Ensure designs follow usability, accessibility, and responsive design best practices. Requirements + 2+ years of product design, UX/UI design, or related experience. + Strong portfolio demonstrating digital product design work. + Experience with wireframing, prototyping, user-centered design, and design systems. + Understanding of UX, UI, usability, and accessibility principles. + Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Tools & Technology + Experience with design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Miro, Sketch, and similar prototyping/design platforms.
