We are currently seeking a Package Design Manager to lead the planning, design, and execution of product packaging to ensure it is visually compelling, functionally sound, and aligned with brand strategy while meeting production and regulatory requirements. Core Responsibilities Lead packaging design strategy to support brand identity, product positioning, and marketing objectives. Oversee the entire packaging process from concept to final production-ready files, including artwork, copy, and structural design. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, engineering, sourcing, and suppliers to define requirements, timelines, and feasibility. Ensure brand consistency across all packaging by enforcing brand guidelines and design standards. Review and approve packaging artwork, copy, and visual hierarchy for clarity, compliance, and aesthetic quality. Coordinate with print vendors and packaging suppliers on quality, cost, and production timelines . Manage budgets, milestones, and risks for packaging projects, ensuring adherence to approved budgets Guide structural packaging decisions to protect products and improve usability. Integrate sustainability goals into packaging design through material choices, waste reduction, and eco-friendly processes. Support quality checks, press checks, and issue resolution during production. Typical Requirements Education:
Bachelor's degree in industrial design, art, graphic design, or related field
Experience:
5+ years in packaging design or related role, with 1-3 years in supervisory capacity
Tools:
