Job Description:

Knowledge/Education/Experience:

? Bachelor's Degree preferred. ? Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point. ? Proven management skills. ? Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills. ? Ability to articulate thoughts and ideas in writing and verbally in a clear, concise manner. ? Confident and consistent demeanor when dealing with peers, staff and external parties. ? Versatile, flexible, and able to handle multiple products and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. ? Ability to use ERP tools to access Customer Support modules and other information.

Essential Functions:

? Synthesize engineered solutions from diverse and complex information ? Apply knowledge and intuition to compliment research and data gathering ? Balance innovative ideas and creativity with proven industry standard solutions ? Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail ? Design products and processes with safety, reliability and manufacturability in mind ? Employ openness and objectivity to other views and alternate perspectives ? Maintain balance between corporate, department, and individual responsibilities ? Pursue continual knowledge and skill building opportunities ? Translate complex concepts and information into clear models, drawings, and descriptions ? Apply and cultivate understanding of industry standards to create market ready solutions ? Collaborate with all NOSHOK team members in ongoing product and process improvement ? Apply experience and resourcefulness for efficient problem resolution ? Analyze gathered data, execute problem resolution plan, and finalize following departmental and corporate standards of documentation ? Collaborate with all team members to maintain the highest level of customer experience ? Participate with other engineering and corporate team members on the development of product and process architecture roadmaps and strategic plans ? Work with other department members to develop overall department strategy ? Develop and promote internal department standards of work product and processes ? Help cultivate and foster growth of junior engineers
