Job Description

  • No physical location for this job, we will work remotely and sometimes meet in person.
  • Okay, this is another job posting for my firearm accessory business, maybe you saw the last one maybe you didn't.
We are a small firearm accessory company, currently doing low six figures for the year. We have reach, we have a bit of a following, and a bit of name recognition. I am looking for 3 talented designers.
Hard Requirement:
You need to know Fusion 360, or some similar 3D CAD software, and you have to be a bit more than competent with it. You need to be legally allowed to own a gun.
Nice to haves:
In-depth gun knowledge, 3d printing knowledge, engineering degree... etc. ==============THE PAY==================== The pay for this is the worst part, but potentially the best? In order to not get absolutely destroyed in overhead, we operate on a profit sharing system. Here's how it works: If you design a product, you are entitled to a percentage of the profits (paid quarterly) on that product. We will own the full rights to the product, and you will have a non-compete in the firearms industry. You will also be required to help with other projects (albeit not often) that you will not be paid a percentage of, but this is because when you work on the same thing for a month it's nice to have other eyes on it. We are a team. The more products you design, the more people who buy it, the more you get paid. Simple as that. The reason you would actually be interested in this: If you are someone who:
  • Likes to design products
  • Likes guns
  • Wants to develop skills in product development
  • Doesn't want set work hours
  • Are not socially inept Then this might be the right place for you.
Drop an application and we can chat about it.
Pay:
$1.00
  • $100,000.
00 per year
Benefits:
Flexible schedule Application Question(s): Do you understand that this is not a job with a salary and W2? Do not apply if not.
