Job Description
Senior Mechanical Designer
CPSCOMTECH INC.
Providence, RI Job Details Full-time $84,837.92- $140,000.
Salary:
$125,000- 140,000 (commensurate with experience) What you'll do:
- Produce process mechanical design and detailing for industrial facilities: process piping, equipment layouts, and mechanical systems
- Develop 3D models and construction-ready drawings; produce P&ID-driven piping design and isometrics
- Coordinate with engineering, estimating, and field teams from design through fabrication and installation
- Perform field verification and as-built documentation as needed
- Mentor junior designers and enforce drawing standards What you bring:
- Senior-level process piping / mechanical design experience in industrial, pharmaceutical, food & beverage, energy, or water/wastewater environments
- Strong 3D plant design proficiency (Plant 3D, CADWorx, Revit MEP, SolidWorks, or similar)
- Ability to work from P&IDs and produce fabrication-level deliverables
- Design-build contractor experience a plus Why this one: a stable, well-backlogged mechanical contractor where designers see their work built.
Pay:
