Job Description

About Diamond Mattress Diamond Mattress is a family-run mattress manufacturer building quality sleep products for retailers across the country. We're growing our Fort Worth, Texas presence and looking for a creative, driven person to help build our brand, drive traffic to our local store, and develop new products for our Texas customers. The Role This is a hands-on, multipurpose role for someone who loves both the creative and the practical side of building a brand. You'll own marketing and drive local store traffic, and you'll help develop new products — fabrics, covers, and designs — for our Texas accounts. You'll also help set up and manage our showroom at the High Point furniture market a few times a year. No mattress experience needed — if you have a great eye, strong marketing skills, and you're a self-starter, we'll teach you the rest. What you'll do Run our marketing: website updates, social media, email, and local/paid advertising to drive traffic to our Fort Worth store. Create on-brand designs and content using Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, Canva, and AI tools. Help develop new products for our Texas accounts — working with fabrics, covers, colors, and trends, from concept to sample. Coordinate and manage our High Point showroom setup, traveling to North Carolina a few times a year. Keep projects on track end-to-end, working closely with our team and leadership. What you bring 2-4 years of experience in marketing, brand, creative, or a related field. Real digital marketing skills — social, web, email, and an understanding of how to drive local foot traffic. Design ability in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop or Canva, and comfort using AI tools. A great eye for design, materials, color, and trend (a fashion, apparel, textile, or design background is a big plus). Excellent project management and follow-through — you get things done. Willingness to work on-site in Fort Worth and travel occasionally to High Point, NC. Nice to have Experience in fashion, apparel, textiles, home décor, or product development. Retail or customer-facing experience. What we offer A high-impact role with room to grow as you take on more responsibility. The chance to shape a growing brand and build products from the ground up.
