Job Description
Join a leading innovator in the food and consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry, committed to sustainability and quality. As a CPG Packaging Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping packaging solutions that enhance brand presence and engage consumers. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end packaging design process from structural development to final print production. Design compelling packaging artwork for retail and consumer product lines. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to meet quality and brand standards. Identify and lead packaging cost-reduction initiatives while ensuring compliance with regulations. Qualifications Required 3-5 years of experience in CPG packaging design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and project management. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Experience with sustainable packaging materials and solutions. Understanding of brand management in consumer products. What We Offer Competitive salary of $85,000 per year.
