Our co-op opportunities span multiple design categories, offering hands-on experience, meaningful cross-disciplinary collaboration, and mentorship from industry-leading designers. What You'll Do Collaborate with designers and cross-functional partners to support benchmarking, research, concept development, and product design for Kohler's kitchen and bath portfolio. Contribute to presentation development by creating compelling visuals, building prototypes, refining design concepts, and helping bring new ideas to life through clear storytelling and thoughtful execution. Build a strong understanding of market needs, user expectations, and emerging design opportunities through hands-on research, brainstorming sessions, and problem-solving exercises that encourage creativity and push design boundaries. Skills/Requirements Currently enrolled in an accredited university-level program in Industrial Design or a related discipline, such as environmental design, furniture design, UX/UI design, architecture, or a closely related creative field. Brings a strong creative point of view, with a thoughtful eye for form, detail, proportion, function, and the overall user experience. Demonstrates proficiency in sketching, visual storytelling, presentation development, and digital modeling tools, with experience in Rhino, SolidWorks, 3ds Max, KeyShot, or similar design platforms preferred. Coursework or hands-on experience in graphic design, engineering, interior design, architecture, product development, or related disciplines is a plus and will help support success in this co-op experience.
