MUST HAVE
Creo Tool Knowledge (Surfacing| GDT| DFX| DFA| Automotive design experience) Plastic| Sheetmetal and Casting components
NICE TO HAVE
Should be able to work independently on design conceptual jobs Hands on experience in Creo-Part| Assembly and Surfacing to generate Concept Models Should have hands on experience in designing of sheet metals| plastic parts. Knowledge on phases of the design process and development process for Automotive components including drafting| dimensioning| tolerancing| prototyping| ECN| PPAP and documenting results would be an added advantage Knowledge on different automotive product design and sheet metal press tools| fixture and gauge design| reverse engineering| Stack-Up| VAVE would be an added advantage
Must-have:
Strong Creo expertise with in-depth validation experience Clear automotive domain relevance Good to have: GD&T knowledge Alignment with manufacturing processes Experience in end-to-end design ownership
