Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Commercial Interior Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will lead the design process for commercial spaces, transforming client visions into functional, aesthetically compelling environments. You will collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and contractors to develop comprehensive design concepts, detailed drawings, and construction documentation. Your expertise in interior architecture and technical drafting will ensure that each project meets both aesthetic goals and building code compliance, delivering exceptional results that elevate commercial interiors to new heights of style and functionality. Responsibilities Develop innovative interior design concepts for commercial spaces, including offices, hospitality venues, and more. Create detailed drawings and presentations using CAD software such as GIZA or CET Produce construction detail documentation that adheres to building codes and safety standards, ensuring seamless project execution. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints; communicate design ideas clearly through CAD presentations. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously from concept through completion while maintaining schedules and budgets. Conduct building code analysis and ensure all designs comply with local regulations and accessibility standards. Coordinate with contractors and vendors on lighting sales, renovation plans, remodeling efforts, and construction details to ensure design integrity throughout the process. Requirements Proven experience in commercial interior design with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects such as office environments, retail spaces, or hospitality interiors. Proficiency in CAD software including GIZA or CET. Skilled in rendering techniques to produce high-quality visualizations that communicate design intent effectively. Strong understanding of building code compliance, safety standards, and construction detail documentation. Experience managing design projects from initial concept through installation while coordinating with clients and contractors. Familiarity with lighting design principles, color theory, graphic design software, and interior design best practices. Excellent communication skills to liaise confidently with clients regarding project scope, progress updates, and technical details. Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently within a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
