As an Interior Design Coordinator, you will support residential remodeling projects by connecting client preferences, design intent, and project execution, working closely with internal teams and external partners to keep deliverables clear, organized, and moving forward. Responsibilities Coordinate client selections for finishes, fixtures, furnishings, and materials across projects. Prepare mood boards, design presentations, and specification packages for client approval. Track project timelines, design deliverables, and vendor orders to keep work on schedule. Collaborate with designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate project execution. Maintain organized design documentation, budgets, and revision records for multiple active projects. Requirements 2+ years of experience coordinating interior design projects, including client selections and client-facing deliverables. Proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar interior design software tools. Knowledge of residential remodeling, including finishes, fixtures, materials, and remodeling processes.
