$125,000•$160,000 per year Job Details•We're looking for a Team Leader to take ownership of a design team's performance, both creative and financial. You'll set strategic direction for your team, provide technical and creative guidance, and serve as the main point of accountability for project outcomes and client satisfaction across your group. What You'll Do Oversee strategic planning for team success without supervision Provide technical and creative direction to designers and project managers Assign work across the team, weighing schedule, training, and experience Develop and implement corrective action for underperforming projects or team members Support hiring: review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and onboard new team members Build and implement training processes to set new hires up for success Provide regular performance reporting to leadership on schedule and financials Partner with firm leadership on business development strategy and help onboard new clients Ensure team communications and documentation meet firm standards What We're Looking For 10+ years of professional design experience Professional degree and licensure/certification in a design discipline required Active professional membership and participation (e.g., AIA, IDS, ASLA, or equivalent) Demonstrated track record managing both the creative and financial performance of a team Strong communication skills across all levels, from designers to firm leadership to clients A bit about us:•We are a boutique, full-service design firm offering architecture, interiors, and landscape under one roof.
