With a commitment to excellence and a passion for design and home-staging, we strive to redefine urban living and set new standards in the industry. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Interior Designer. This position will start as an internship position, with the potential to be offered a full-time formal position. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Interior Designer to support our development team in all phases of project planning, execution, and delivery. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for real estate development. We are open to hiring recent graduates (OPT sponsorship available) preferably with work experience in construction, project management, engineering, architecture-related fields. Potential candidates should live within commutable distance from the company office and dedicate working collaboratively with other team members.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field. Recent graduates or entry-level professionals with related backgrounds. Work experience in related role preferred Mandarin & English Proficiency required Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and previous projects. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and others. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Creative thinker with an eye for color, texture, and detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Responsibilities Develop innovative interior design concepts for various spaces, including residential, commercial, and public areas. Create mood boards, material palettes, and renderings to present design ideas to clients. Produce detailed drawings and specifications, encompassing layouts, furnishings, fixtures, and fittings. Plan and execute luxury home staging projects to enhance property appeal for potential buyers. Select and arrange furniture, artwork, and accessories tailored to each property's unique characteristics. Oversee 2-6 installations weekly, ensuring timely and efficient execution. Communicate effectively with Mandarin and English-speaking clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints. Present design proposals and staging plans clearly and professionally. Develop innovative interior design concepts for various spaces, including residential, commercial, and public areas. Create mood boards, material palettes, and renderings to present design ideas to clients. Produce detailed drawings and specifications, encompassing layouts, furnishings, fixtures, and fittings.
