Job Description
VIKO Design Studio is seeking an experienced Commercial Interior Designer to collaborate with us on a contract / project-based basis for upcoming commercial interior design projects. We are specifically looking for a designer with proven professional experience in commercial spaces , particularly: Restaurants & cafés Retail stores & showrooms Offices & workplaces Hospitality or other customer-facing commercial environments Responsibilities The selected designer may assist with: Commercial interior design concept development Space planning and furniture layouts Material, finish, color, and fixture selections Restaurant, retail, and office design development Custom millwork and built-in design concepts Ceiling and lighting design coordination Interior elevations and design drawings 3D modeling and professional-quality renderings Design presentations and material boards Developing commercial spaces that are functional, visually strong, and aligned with the client's brand Collaborating with VIKO Design Studio throughout design development and revisions Qualifications Professional experience in Commercial Interior Design is required Must have completed commercial projects such as restaurants, retail stores, offices, hospitality, or similar spaces Strong commercial design portfolio Strong understanding of space planning, materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and millwork Ability to create professional design presentations and drawings Excellent attention to detail and design quality Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines Strong communication and collaboration skills Experience with programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, 3ds Max, or similar professional design/rendering software is preferred.
