We are seeking a talented and passionate Interior Design Associate to join our team.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with owner + creative director to develop design concepts, including space planning, furniture layouts, material selections, and color palettes.
  • Create detailed technical drawings, such as floor plans, elevations, and construction documents, using industry-standard software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
  • Assist with client communication, including presenting design concepts, addressing client inquiries, and coordinating project schedules.
  • Research and source furniture, fixtures, and other interior elements, negotiating with vendors and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Assist with project management tasks, including tracking budgets, scheduling installations, and overseeing construction progress.
  • Handle administrative duties such as maintaining project documentation, preparing presentations, and managing samples and libraries.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in interior design or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in interior design or related field.
  • Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, materials, and construction methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • A passion for interior design and a keen eye for detail.
