Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind transforming clients' visions into stunning, functional spaces. Your expertise in the 2020 design software, construction details, and project management will ensure each project is executed flawlessly from concept to completion. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on residential interior design projects that blend aesthetic appeal with practical solutions, all while collaborating closely with clients and contractors to deliver exceptional results. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive kitchen and bathroom designs using 2020 CAD software ensuring accuracy and visual appeal. Create detailed construction documentation and drafting plans that adhere to building codes and safety standards. Produce high-quality renderings and visual presentations using 2020 & Vortex Spaces and other graphic design tools to effectively communicate design concepts. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, coordinating timelines, budgets, and client expectations to ensure timely delivery. Conduct building code analysis and ensure all designs comply with local regulations and KBIS standards. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgets; provide expert advice on cabinetry, lighting design, color theory, materials selection, and remodeling options. Experience Proven experience in residential interior design projects with a strong portfolio showcasing kitchen and bath designs. Proficiency in 2020 CAD software for 3D modeling and rendering purposes. Solid understanding of construction detail documentation & building code compliance. Experience managing multiple design projects from inception through completion while maintaining high standards of quality. Knowledge of cabinetry, lighting sales, lighting design principles, renovation techniques, and remodeling processes. Strong client communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and manage expectations effectively. Background in construction or remodeling projects is highly desirable; familiarity with contracts, budgeting, and sales processes is a plus. $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
