Boca Kitchen Design Studio is seeking an experienced kitchen designer with proven sales ability to join our beautiful, brand-new showroom in a busy shopping plaza in Central Boca. Previous kitchen showroom experience is required. Competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions. Full-time only. Duties Engage with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget. Design customized kitchen layouts using 2020 Design, ProKitchen, or similar professional design software. Manage daily showroom operations, including displays, samples, payment processing, and customer service. Build strong client relationships, follow up on leads, recommend premium products, and confidently close sales. Prepare quotes, review order details, and coordinate supplier orders and deliveries. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and installers to ensure accurate design and product details. Qualifications Previous kitchen showroom experience with a strong portfolio of kitchen designs. Proficiency in 2020 Design, ProKitchen, or similar software, along with Microsoft Office. Proven success in kitchen and cabinetry sales, negotiation, and closing. Knowledge of cabinetry, measurements, appliance specifications, and ordering. Experience with remodeling, construction, and fixture sales preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Multilingual abilities are a plus.
