Job Description
Job Summary Join our team as a Workplace Furniture Consultant, where your enthusiasm and expertise will drive customer satisfaction and sales success. In this role, you will assist clients in selecting the perfect commercial furniture solutions, provide detailed designs, and ensure a seamless experience. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help build lasting relationships with customers, contributing to the growth of our business and your book of accounts. This position offers an energetic environment where your sales talents can truly shine and make a tangible impact. Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their business and specifically their commercial furniture needs and recommend a suitable design and products. From this engagement, your goal would be to gain an understanding of their functional needs, aesthetic preferences, timeline and budget. Create and present design concepts, color schemes, and furniture layouts Put together quotes and orders for clients. Coordinate with our internal operational team, contractors and vendors to ensure timely and accurate execution of design projects. Oversee the installation and implementation of your projects Provide ongoing account management and support to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
Basic Math Skills Knowledge of a CRM platform is a benefit. Access to a vehicle Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve a diverse customer base effectively. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain product features clearly and confidently. Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to foster positive interactions. Knowledge w/ Google Sheets and Slides or MS Excel and PowerPoint It would be a plus but not required if you had experience with CAD, Revit, Giza2020, CET Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills Some level of Interior Design Experience would give you an advantage! Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Sales experience in the interior design industry is a plus but not necessaryPay:
