Job Description

Design AssistantAntrobus Design Collective (ADC) Miami, FL About Us ADC is a boutique, luxury interior design studio working across high-end residential and select hospitality projects.

We approach design as storytelling—layered, intentional, and highly detailed. Every project is a full study from concept through build, with a strong emphasis on materials, technical execution, and how everything actually comes together in real life.

We're a small, fast-moving team and care deeply about how things look, feel, and get done. The Role We're looking for a Design Assistant to work directly under the Studio Director and support the team across all phases of a project.

This is a hands-on role. You'll be involved in everything from pulling references and building presentations to coordinating with vendors and keeping projects moving behind the scenes.

It's a mix of design + execution + organization—and we need someone who's comfortable operating across all three. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Support Assist with design development, space planning, and presentations Prepare mood boards, client-facing materials, and finish packages Support sourcing of furniture, lighting, materials, and custom pieces Create and update drawings (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) Project Coordination Gather pricing, lead times, and quotes from vendors and workrooms Track orders, approvals, and project timelines Maintain organized project files, schedules, and documentation Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants Studio + Administrative Support Manage samples, returns, and design library organization Assist with proposals, invoices, and general studio operations Support installs, site visits, and client meetings as needed Help maintain overall studio organization and efficiency What We're Looking For 2-3 years experience in an interior design studio (or strong internship experience) Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field preferred Proficiency in AutoCAD required (SketchUp + Adobe a plus) Strong eye for design and curiosity for materials and details Extremely organized and detail-oriented Able to take direction and execute without constant oversight Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset Bonus Points If You Have exposure to high-end residential or hospitality projects Understand basic construction, millwork, or detailing Have worked with Studio Designer or similar systems Benefits 401(k) Health + dental insurance Paid time off Bonus opportunities To Apply Please submit your resume, portfolio, and two professional references.
