Job Description

Overview We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for transforming spaces and a strong understanding of design principles. This role involves collaborating with clients to create functional and aesthetically pleasing interiors that meet their needs and preferences. You will be responsible for managing projects from concept to completion, ensuring that designs are executed within budget and on schedule. Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget for interior design projects. Develop design concepts using software such as Rhinoceros 3D, Sketchup, and Adobe Creative Suite. Create detailed drawings, drafts, and specifications for construction and renovation projects. Utilize Bluebeam for project management and documentation purposes. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure the successful execution of design plans. Conduct site visits to assess project progress and make necessary adjustments to designs. Prepare presentations for clients showcasing design ideas, materials, and layouts. Manage project budgets effectively while ensuring high-quality outcomes. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and techniques to provide innovative solutions to clients. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field is preferred. Proficiency in design software including Rhinoceros 3D, Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite, and Bluebeam. Strong knowledge of interior design principles, space planning, and building codes. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey design concepts clearly to clients and team members. Experience in sales or client relations is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful spaces that enhance functionality.
