On-site presence required for full installations. We are seeking a highly skilled Home Stager with a minimum of 1-2 years of staging experience. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can pivot under pressure, and leads with professionalism. This position requires consistent on-site leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to motivate a moving team while meeting deadlines. This role requires physical labor including lifting, moving, and handling staging materials. An interior design background is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the internal sales team to create and execute staging plans. Design stylish, on-trend staging environments for a variety of home styles. Lead and manage movers during staging installations. Communicate professionally with clients, agents, and project partners. Ensure tasks are completed on time while maintaining Elite's high standards.

The Ideal Candidate:

Adheres to company SOPs and meets deadlines with consistency. Is self-motivated and thrives in a collaborative team setting. Communicates clearly, promptly, and professionally. Can pivot quickly in high-pressure and fast-paced environments. Has strong appreciation for interior design and visual marketing. Maintains a polished and professional appearance. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of home staging experience. Interior design background strongly preferred. Portfolio of previous staging work required. Ability to use text, email, and shared scheduling tools. Flexible schedule based on project demands. Valid driver's license (company vehicle provided for staging jobs). Ability to lift 30-40 pounds as required.
