About Us Sabrina Rose Interiors is a high-end interior design firm specializing in luxury residential new construction and large-scale renovations . As we expand, we are seeking a talented Interior Designer to join our team full-time in our Deerfield Beach office. Position Overview We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to support luxury residential new construction and renovation projects . This role requires strong design skills, AutoCAD proficiency, and a solid understanding of materials and furnishings . The ideal candidate will have experience collaborating with architects, contractors, and vendors to bring high-end residential interiors to life. Key Responsibilities Assist in developing and executing design concepts, space plans, and material selections . Produce AutoCAD drawings and construction documents , ensuring compliance with Florida building codes and regulations . Research and source materials, finishes, fixtures, and furnishings to align with the project vision. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and architects to ensure smooth project execution. Support the procurement and installation process, ensuring accuracy in orders and deliveries. Participate in client meetings, site visits, and presentations to review project progress and address design-related concerns. Maintain and update project documentation, schedules, and specifications. Assist with FF&E selections and specifications for custom furnishings and décor. Qualifications & Skills 5+ years of experience in luxury residential interior design (new construction & renovations). Proficiency in AutoCAD (Required). Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides (Required). Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and furnishings for high-end residential projects. Familiarity with Florida building codes, permitting, and construction regulations is a plus. Experience working with contractors, architects, and vendors . Ability to read and produce construction drawings and technical documentation. Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills .
