This individual will help provide exceptional interior design solutions and strengthen our clients' brand positioning across all markets we serve. The Senior Interior Designer will translate client needs into thoughtful, innovative design solutions and provide expert guidance throughout every phase of the design process. This role will develop project approaches, establish design parameters aligned with budgets and schedules, and lead the design team in research, concept development, and client presentations. The Senior Interior Designer will play an active role in design strategy sessions and support the successful execution of each project. The Senior Designer will effectively and professionally present all design concepts, design intent, and other illustrative materials that demonstrate and communicate the design intent of a project. Advanced knowledge of finish materials and standards, as well as a working knowledge of basic lighting types and techniques, are also required. Software requirements include, but are not limited to, InDesign, AutoCad, Photoshop, and Sketchup. Candidates meeting the minimum qualifications must provide a Resume, Portfolio , and 3 professional references.
