Senior Kitchen & Bath Designer Join an Established, Growing Remodeling & Cabinetry Company Are you an experienced Kitchen & Bath Designer looking for a company where you can stay busy, work on a variety of projects, and have the freedom to use your experience? We are an established cabinetry and remodeling company looking to add a talented, full-time designer to our team. Our projects range from kitchen and bathroom renovations to new construction and larger interior remodeling projects. We work with multiple cabinet lines, allowing our designers to create solutions for different styles, project scopes, and budgets. What You'll Be Doing This is a hands-on design position where you'll work directly with homeowners, contractors, and our production team. You'll be responsible for: Meeting with clients and developing their ideas into functional designs Designing kitchens, bathrooms, and other cabinetry applications Creating layouts, elevations, and presentations using 2020 / Cyncly Design Working with both remodeling and new construction projects Helping clients select cabinetry, countertops, finishes, hardware, and related products Reviewing measurements and specifications before orders are placed Coordinating with installers, contractors, vendors, and our internal staff Managing several projects at different stages of the design and construction process Following projects from the initial consultation through final installation The Person We're Looking For We're looking for an experienced designer who understands that great kitchen and bath design involves more than creating a beautiful rendering. You should understand cabinet construction, measurements, clearances, space planning, installation requirements, and the realities of remodeling an existing home. 2020 / Cyncly Design experience is required. We're ideally looking for someone with: 5+ years of professional Kitchen & Bath Design experience Strong cabinetry and remodeling knowledge Experience working directly with homeowners Excellent organizational and communication skills Confidence managing projects independently Strong attention to details The ability to balance design, functionality, budget, and constructability Why Join Us?
